Leaving a Review

To leave a review you need a verified account with at least 3 identity points. This ensures reviewers are real people, not bots.

1. Create an account (magic link login, no password needed)
2. Verify your email
3. Reach 3+ identity points (verified email + one other item)
4. Visit any listing and leave your review

Moderation

Your first 3 reviews require admin approval before they appear publicly. After 3 approved reviews, all future reviews publish immediately.

Reviews must be based on real experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to the listing.

Star Ratings

Rating	Meaning	Trust Score Impact
5 stars	Excellent	+2 points
4 stars	Good	+1 point
3 stars	Average	0 points
2 stars	Below expectations	-1 point
1 star	Poor experience	-2 points

Only approved reviews count toward a seller's trust score. Reviews are shown with your display name — your email is never visible.

Seller Responses

Sellers can respond to reviews on their listings. Responses appear publicly below the review.

Privacy

Your email address is never shown publicly. Reviews display with your chosen display name only. We do not share reviewer data with sellers or third parties.
