Leaving a Review

To leave a review, create a free account and verify your email. No listing required — you can sign up just to review sellers.

1. Sign up with your email (magic link, no password)
2. Set your display name
3. Visit any listing and leave your review

Moderation

Your first 3 reviews require admin approval before they appear publicly. After 3 approved reviews, future reviews publish immediately. Reviews must be based on real experiences.

Star Ratings

Your star rating directly affects the seller's trust score:

Voting

Anyone with an account can mark reviews as helpful or not helpful. This helps other buyers find the most useful reviews.

Sellers can endorse or dispute reviews on their listings. When a seller endorses a reviewer's contribution, it adds to the reviewer's trust score. This only applies to review-only accounts — sellers with listings earn their score through the normal identity system.

Seller Responses

Sellers can respond to reviews on their listings. Responses appear publicly below the review.

Privacy

Your email is never shown publicly. Reviews display your chosen display name only.
